What We Do in New Construction
We focus on the interior finish phase — after framing, rough plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are in. We install trim, paint, flooring, and complete the punch list.
Trim-Out
Baseboards, door and window casing, crown (if specified), and interior doors. We hang doors, install casing, and run base so everything is ready for paint.
Paint
Interior walls and ceilings — primer and finish coats. We paint after the trim goes in so we can caulk and paint trim and walls together for a clean look.
Flooring
Hardwood, LVP, carpet, tile — per plan. We install after trim so base sits on the finished floor. We coordinate with the builder's schedule.
Punch List
Final touch-up, fill nail holes, fix nicks, and address builder or homeowner punch items. We work through the list until the house is ready for occupancy.
Coordination
We work with your builder or GC. We need a clear scope (what's in, what's not) and access to the schedule so we don't block or get blocked by other trades.
